    When is payment required?

  • To secure your booking and room availability, we require full payment upfront.

    We accept debit & credit cards, including; Visa, Mastercard & America Express. If you would prefer to pay via Bank Deposit, please get in touch with us at info@roostglamping.com

  • Can I change the date of my booking?

  • Yes. If you would like to change the date of your stay, send us an email at info@roostglamping.com

    Please note room rates will change between the different seasons so there may be additional costs with these changes.

  • Is there parking?

  • Yes. We have a drop off driveway on the top section where our front desk reception is located. There is also a parking area on the lower section for all vehicles.

  • Can I buy a gift voucher?

  • Yes, gift vouchers are available. Send us an email at info@roostglamping.com for more details

  • Do you allow pets?

  • Unfortunately, no. The team here at Roost Glamping love animals however we are unable to have them on site.

  • What time is check-in & check-out?

  • Check in is between 14:00 and 23:00. If you need to check in later than 23:00 please inform us at info@roostglamping.com so we can accommodate you.

    Check out is at 11am. Please contact front desk reception for late check out enquiries and note this is subject to availability.

  • How many per tent?

  • Our private tents sleep up to 2 guests in a Queen Double bed. Our shared tents sleep up to 4 guests in 4 single beds.

    Rollaway beds are available for children age 12 and under at extra cost (max. 2 children in rollaway beds per tent).

  • Can I cancel my booking?

  • Yes. Cancellations that take place 7 days or more prior to your arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date are non-refundable.

  • Are kids allowed?

  • Yes, age 3 and above are allowed to stay overnight. If you have any questions about room configuration, feel free to contact us at info@roostglamping.com
